Web Server Management
Nginx for Solo, OpenLiteSpeed for Agency.
Solo uses Nginx with per-domain config snippets. Agency runs OpenLiteSpeed with LSCache, and each hosting account runs PHP in its own processes (LSAPI) as its own user.
Solo: Nginx Web Server
Per-domain configuration snippets in /etc/nginx/amira.d/{domain}/.
Each domain gets its own Nginx config directory. Custom rules, rewrites, headers, and proxy settings are isolated per domain. Configuration changes are validated before reload — a syntax error in one domain never takes down others. Supports reverse proxy, static files, PHP-FPM, and custom upstreams.
Solo: Nginx Web Server
Agency: OpenLiteSpeed
LSCache page cache and a separate PHP process for each hosting account.
OpenLiteSpeed works with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin for WordPress, which the panel installs with WordPress. Each hosting account runs PHP in its own processes (LSAPI), as its own Linux user, with its own PHP settings per site, so one account's PHP settings or crashes do not affect the others.
Agency: OpenLiteSpeed
Multi-PHP (8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4)
Choose PHP version per site with custom php.ini overrides.
Install multiple PHP versions side by side (Solo installs PHP 8.3; add 8.1, 8.2 or 8.4 from the panel). Each domain can use a different PHP version. Custom php.ini settings (memory_limit, upload_max_filesize, max_execution_time, etc.) are configurable per site through the panel UI or via MCP tools. PHP security updates install automatically, and the web server reloads gracefully so the new PHP serves requests.

SSL / TLS Certificates (AutoSSL)
New sites get a Let's Encrypt certificate by themselves, renewed automatically.
AutoSSL: a new domain or subdomain gets its Let's Encrypt certificate as soon as its DNS points at the server (checked every 2 minutes for half an hour), and an hourly check gives one to any site still without a valid certificate. Certificates are renewed before they expire. Before asking Let's Encrypt, the panel checks that the name really points at your server and tells you what to fix if it does not. Uploaded certificates are never replaced, and certificates brought over from cPanel are replaced by Let's Encrypt ones before they expire. You can also issue a certificate in one click or with the AI tools.

Load Balancer
Spread a site's traffic across several backend servers.
Define backend servers for a domain and choose round-robin, least-connections or IP-hash balancing. Health checks take unhealthy backends out of rotation until they recover. Useful for running several instances of an application behind one domain.

Bot Protection
Block bad bots by name, path or referer — and in Agency by address or network.
Rules match a user agent, a request path or a referer and block the request with 403. Solo applies rules per domain in Nginx (block addresses on its Firewall page); Agency applies them to one website or all of them and can also match an IP address, a range or a whole network. Agency also shows who visits each site and what they do, finds scrapers and blocks them in one click (see Security). Every edition manages the rules in the panel; managing them with the AI tools needs Solo Full or Agency.
