DNS Management
Authoritative DNS you actually control
Run your own name servers with PowerDNS, or sync automatically with Cloudflare. Full zone management with auto-record generation and bulk import.
PowerDNS Authoritative Server
Full zone management with MySQL backend.
PowerDNS runs as your authoritative DNS server. All zones are stored in MySQL for reliable, queryable storage. Create zones, manage records (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, CAA, NS), and configure TTLs — from the panel UI or the AI tools.

Cloudflare DNS
Use Cloudflare as your DNS: zones, records and email DNS kept in sync.
Add a Cloudflare API token and the panel shows every zone it can reach, which domains sync there, and checks what the token is allowed to do. Linking a domain shows a preview first: records are created, adopted when Cloudflare already has the same one, and updated only when the panel manages them — anything else is left alone. When you create a domain, add email, or your IP changes, the Cloudflare records follow. New website records can go through Cloudflare's proxy by default; mail and server names always stay DNS-only, and editing a record keeps its proxy setting.

Auto Record Generation
Domain creation adds the A and AAAA records; the first mailbox adds MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
When you create a domain, Amira adds the A record (server IPv4) and AAAA record (server IPv6). When you create the first mailbox, it adds the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Records that already exist with other values are left alone and reported. In Agency, when the server's sending addresses or mail host change, every hosted domain's SPF and MX records follow, at Cloudflare too.

DMARC Quarantine, Safely
Domain Security writes the stricter DMARC record only where it will not block real mail.
Domain Security checks each domain's live DNS and mail and says whether its DMARC policy can move from p=none to quarantine. The switch is previewed and written in the zone that is actually live: Cloudflare (with the panel's token or a Shared DNS grant that allows mail records) or this server's DNS. For other DNS hosts it shows the record to set by hand. Existing DMARC tags are kept.

Public Address Behind NAT
Servers at home or in an office publish the router's public IP, not 192.168.x.x.
When the server's own IPv4 is private, the panel detects the public address every 5 minutes and uses it for A records and SPF. When it changes, the records move with it — in the panel, PowerDNS and Cloudflare. You can also set a fixed address by hand.

Zone Import
Bulk DNS zone import from BIND format or existing providers.
Move DNS from another provider by importing a BIND-format zone file, with a dry run first. In Solo this is done through the AI tools. Useful when moving from cPanel, Plesk, or other panels that export DNS zones.
Zone Import
Shared DNS
Let a hosting account manage part of a zone on the server's Cloudflare account.
Share a zone with a customer, limited to the names and record types you choose. Mail records are shared only when you allow them. The customer's DNS editor, API and AI tools accept changes only inside the share.
